Program Description:
This
200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Goa is a one-month primary course that inculcates the basic knowledge of Yoga through a comprehensive and Yoga Alliance certified curriculum. The course offers authentic and ancient wisdom of Yoga in the paradisiacal land of Goa.
Program Highlights:
- Basic understanding of Hatha yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and the basic asanas
- Learn a free flow Yoga style- Vinyasa Yoga
- Understand the basics of fixing and aligning asanas with Adjustment and Alignment techniques
- Pranayama and Meditation classes to train the inner consciousness
- Study the Yoga Philosophy to better understand its history and its therapeutic effect
- Classes on Yoga anatomy and physiology to study its co-relation with postures
- Introduction to Yoga Nidra and four states of consciousness

Food:
The center serves pure vegetarian and Sattvic meals three times a day. The meals are prepared mindfully using fresh and organic ingredients to ensure optimum nutrition for all the students who are undergoing intensive training. Herbal Drinks and tea are also offered along with the meals.
Accommodation:
Unwind and relax in comfortable hut-styled rooms provided by Akshat Yoga School. The rooms are available on a private as well as sharing options. The lodging facility provides all the basic amenities a student would require for a pleasant stay such as twin beds, clean linens, hot and cold water supply, Internet facility, and attached bathrooms.
