During the course, the Faculty Manager, Faculty members and Program Directors offer full-time support to learners to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience.

We firmly believe that every learning, when implemented in the work environment, will be most successful.
We are working on identifying the action learning projects / individual development plans and also initiating, directing and implementation & tracking with the company organization, program participants and the faculty.
Assess
At the end of each session, detailed and systematic evaluations are performed to decide whether some sections require improving or adapting.
The material, scale, emphasis or other elements that constitute the session may be revised. We work closely with you to assess the effect of learning approaches during and after implementation. The feedback that comes out helps us to change and develop the process.
Follow up on the action plans of the Program Managers, review final projects and often conduct appropriate reviews in order to measure the success of the program.
