We are backed by a group of experts who hail from different professional backgrounds related to healthy living. It was in April 2013 when we were discussing about health problems being faced by Indian population today when we came across Celiac disease. A pediatrician in our group addressed the disease, the gastrontologist explained the problem and the food technologist came out with the solution of gluten free food options; while the nutritionist explained benefits of gluten free food in weight loss , the business expert started searching for food items in market.
