NOC is the mechanism used by the State Pollution Control Board (SPCB) to protect the state's environmental quality. All of the CPCB's functions and powers have been delegated to the SPCB. The SPCB was established to improve the state's environmental quality by implementing environmental laws and regulations within the scope of state jurisdiction. Anyone wishing to construct an industrial unit or conduct a project in India must first obtain a NOC from the SPCB.Business Hours
