Society for Higher Education & Practical Applications (SHEPA) registered under Indian Society Registration Act 1861, promoted by Rungta Projects Limited (RPL), started functioning in 1999, at Mohansarai Mughalsarai bypass Road, Nibia, Bachchaon, Varanasi. It has a big lush green campus spread over 7.5 acres in the southern of BHU.
