I booked Rivaah celebrations for my wedding planned at 31st Jan 2023 .
When i booked,the banquet was under construction and i was the first booking for them .
They were very good initially and made me feel like family while i booked the banquet .
I booked Rivaah for Rs 339000 for 200 people and was agreed to pay the money in installments as per there terms and conditions .
So before wedding day i deposited Rs 279000 and Rs 60000 was left to be paid on weeding day and they were also in agreement for the same .
Now on my weeding day they did not start the dinner and waiters were snatching plates back from guests .
We were at our home performing weeding related worship and other ceremonies . Someone called my father and he went to discuss with them about the matter .
They told my father that payment is left and they will not open the dinner .
My father rushed to home , took the money and paid the balance .

By the time they started dinner , most of the guests had left the wedding without having dinner and some were insulted badly since waiters snatched plates from there hands .
So my family and my guests were badly insulted and my marriage which should have been a lifetime memorable experience turned out to be a nightmare for us .My father became severly ill and still fighting depression after all this . We were severely humiliated and our relation with our guests also ruined for lifetime .

So i insist people to avoid this banquet and can choose Amatra over it if they want to save their reputation and make wedding a memorable experience for lifetime
