Business Description
The Deccan Education Society, a pioneer and leading light in the educational field, has always been responsive to the need for quality education. This Institute is the outcome of the desire to meet the needs of the times. It was established in 1987 when Fergusson College had just celebrated the centenary of its inception (in 1985). It was a visionary decision to start the vocational training. Rathi family of Sudarshan Chemicals supported these efforts.
As a policy decision the society decided to keep the Institute and its courses autonomous and without any affiliation to any statutory Board or University.
Mission
Identifying the areas of possible employment, designing appropriate training programs and implementing them in the most professional manner at affordable cost. Giving state-of-art knowledge by involving experts in respective fields to keep students abreast of the current developments and have a proper blend of concept and practice inrespective fields
Vision
We see our Institute as a provider of quality education to make the students employable and self earning individuals. We intend to achieve this by improving add-on skills and encouraging entrepreneurial spirit.
