MOU with a Recognized Training Institute
The applicant requires to enter into an A memorandum of understanding with a Government recognized training institute for providing training to its supervisors and guards. The applicant must enableeffective training for the security guards he engages in. For the security guards, the PSARA has specific qualification and disqualification criteria. The applicantmust employ qualified supervisors to supervise the work of the security guards. Typically, a person having a minimum of three years of experience with the Army or Navy is given preference for the role of a supervisor.
Police Verification

The candidate needs to apply for police verification by filing Form-I. If the candidate is a firm, company, or group of persons, separate forms should be filed for each of the partners or directors.
Filing of Application
The PSARA license application form needs to be filed with the Private Security Agencies Regulation Act (PSARA) controlling authority.The same will be processed after receiving the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the concerned police authorities only. After due processing, the Authority may grant the PSARA license or reject the application by citing a valid reason.
The application for a PSARA License Registrationcan be made with the State Govt. for the entire State, for five districts, or even for a single state too. The approval process varies from one state to another. In general, a period of up to 60 days is compulsory for the grant of the PSARA License Service.
