What are DND numbers?

Open DND routes involve some exclusive features such as support for group messaging, SMS scheduling, and the availability of real-time delivery reports. However, an ID proof on the company letterhead is required for DND activation. Promotional SMS sent to non-DND numbers is subject to a six-digit sender ID with a specified time frame of 9 am to 9 pm.
