During his time as a university student and living in Glebe, NSW, noli adorned the main entrance of his house with tiles, although they may have been old-fashioned by today's standards. As a marketing student, he sought a commodity to explore, and tiles became a fascinating subject for him.

With a diverse background as a waterproofing consultant, floor and wall tiler, and later as a builder and renovator, noli has accumulated over two decades of invaluable experience, working on a multitude of projects.
