PROLRN is a platform which provides transformation from campus to corporate. Passing out of college we all have high hope to get placed in our desired company.
But, somehow there seems to be a gap between
"what we want and what we get." Unfortunately majority of us couldn't even recognize this lag let alone respond to it. This gap is training. Proper professional training. Many engineering curriculum had not updated according to market need.
Students are reading the same old syllabus when we are experiencing the next Industrial revolution. This gap is putting adverse affect upon students employability. My endeavour is to make students ready for the future.
PROLRN is a specialized training developed by me with some highly experienced industry professionals. In this journey students will interact directly with eminent industry leaders. They will be trained according to upcoming professional demands.
