Founded by Vineet Kapur, alumni of Harvard Business School, as a professional skincare brand, O3+ was established in 2004. The mission of the brand is to provide skin solutions to all kinds of skin concerns.

O3+ offers a wide range of skin solutions that are dedicated to improving skin's health. Formulated by European & Asian research labs, O3+ is used by beauty salons, medi-spas, dermatologists and plastic surgeons. The brand also has a very high market share online on e-commerce portals such as Nykaa, Amazon. Flipkart.
The professional division has captured a very high market share with its pan India operations and is available in over 10,000 salons across India. The company operates its business operations through a salon distribution channel through its parent company Visage Beauty & Health Care Pvt. Ltd.which was also found in February 2014.
Currently, its GMP certified production unit is situated in Parwanoo, India which contributes to about 182 skincare, hands & feet products, and body care.
The brand has company managed operations in India, Nepal, Mauritius, and Dubai. O3+ also operates beauty training institutes called the O3+ Training Centre that has trained over 75000 students from all over India and Nepal.
