We are a manufacturer and supplier of rubber sheets and mats.Rubber sheets are flexible, uniformly vulcanized rubber of uniform thickness. They are mainly used in industry and machinery for seals, anti-slip flooring, anti-vibration bases, oil and temperature-resistant pads, electrical-thermal insulation, noise control and hydraulic and pneumatic system seals. The rubber sheets we offer have a shiny smooth surface. The homogeneously mixed mixture is vulcanized using a rotating curing press, which ensures a uniform thickness throughout the material. As in the manufacture of gaskets or seals, deviations beyond tolerances can cause joint failure due to uneven contact between the two mating surfaces.
The main raw material of our industry is raw rubber, which can be natural or synthetic. Natural rubber is obtained from special plants, while synthetic rubber is a by-product of petroleum. Most rubber hardens when heated with sulfur and additives, accelerators, fillers, plasticizers, and certain chemicals to become more flexible and durable. This process is called curing or vulcanization. It improves hardness, tensile strength, tear strength, elasticity, compressibility, and wear resistance.
Synthetic rubbers have elastic properties similar to natural rubber except for one or more special properties; e.g. silicone can withstand very high and low temperatures. EPDM is resistant to all weather conditions, including UV, ozone, and sunlight. Nitrile does not degrade in petroleum-based oils and fuels. Neoprene is resistant to chemicals, heat, abrasion, and flame.
