A community radio station with On-Air Studio, Production and Video Rooms are also available at Tula’s Institute.
Mass communication students at Tula’s Institute are encouraged to prepare short films and work on various research projects in the form of assignments. The students get an opportunity to meet many popular Bollywood stars at Dehradun Film Festival, conducted every year by Tula’s Institute. The students get a chance to interview the stars and have an interaction with them. Students also get to learn more about film making, scriptwriting, and various other things. The festival also organises the screening of Bollywood and Hollywood films at this star-studded event. The institute often conducts various outdoor and indoor activities to enhance the students' media communication skills. Interactions with popular media personalities and regular visits to some popular news channels are planned to provide industrial exposure to students.
