Kahn Mechanical grew and became well-known in the commercial and industrial community. In 1989, Fred Kahn transitioned to lead Guardian Power Cleaning, another family business. At that point, Ann Kahn took over the management of Kahn Mechanical. Today, Josh Kahn, a second-generation family member, serves as Vice President and Managing Partner.

We are proud to be a family-owned and locally operated business that designs, installs, and services mechanical equipment for commercial and industrial customers. We take even greater pride in the company’s founding vision and values, which have strengthened and deepened as we have grown.
