Prerak Enterprise, a partnership firm located at G.I.D.C, Bilimora – Gujarat, India was established in the year 2017 to supply high-performance hydraulic hose assemblies to OEM’s. Prerak Enterprise was established with a simple goal to manufacture best-in-class products for the market. To that end, management has invested in state-of-the-art machinery to manufacture the highest quality products and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality management.



Prerak Enterprise has obtained ISO System certification from SGS UKAS in 2018 and now is also an ISO/IEC 17025:2017, NABL accredited testing laboratory for the hose assembly testing as per International standard SAE J-343:2017 as well as IS 12092:1987 (RA – 2018).



We use cutting-edge CNC technology for crimping with a production capacity of up to 1500 assemblies per day. Our technology assures that the right size of fitting and hose is paired with the appropriate crimping pressure needed to bear the required operating pressure. We also have the technology to monitor and provide a printed report of the actual crimping pressure that was used in the production of each individual assembly. The machine is operated on PLC (programmable logic circuit) with appropriate dimension/crimping pressures stored in advance to minimize error.

We are also equipped with a state-of-the-art NABL accredited ISO/IEC 17025:2017 testing laboratory. We have an in-house computerized testing rig (Capacity up to 29000 PSI) to ensure that all our products meet customer’s needs and our internal quality standards. This machine operates with minimal human intervention and provides a detailed printed report of the assembly tested including time stamps.
