His son, Mr. Rishi Raj Jain is the Chairperson of the Board for the Radiant Group, including SCJ Buildtech Pvt. Ltd., founded in 1961. The company’s businesses are spread across a spectrum of industries, including engineering, construction, and manufacturing. Over 2 million square feet of construction projects have been completed under the guidance of Mr. Jain. In the years that he has been at the helm of the group, he has accelerated growth, built meritocracy, and enhanced stakeholder's value.
