With e-mail templates, you can send e-mail to contacts, leads and others using predefined templates. In Mailerstock you can create four different types of e-mail templates: text, HTML with letterhead, custom, and Visualforce. All of these e-mail templates can contain text, merge fields, and linked files. You can also include images in your HTML and Visualforce templates. You can use e-mail templates when you send an e-mail message from the Activity History related list or HTML e-mail status of a record. Text and HTML templates can also be used when sending bulk e-mail. A button is available for checking your template for text templates and Visualforce templates without HTML tags.
