Hi! I’m Dan - a Star Wars nerd, formerly harsh self-critic and a PhD psychologist with 30+ years of clinical experience. I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindful Self-Compassion Therapy. If you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem or relationship problems, I’m here to help. I offer Individual and Couples Therapy. In Individual Therapy, I’ll help you stop judging yourself so harshly, let go of guilt, shame and blame, and learn to treat yourself with the same kindness you offer others. You'll learn to believe in yourself and take action, even when you’re feeling anxious.
