Business Description
My love for baking started early childhood but took off in 2011, and many of my memories are in front of the oven since then. My professional baking started with my course in Tafe, Sydney and then continued as cake decorating artist at renowned Sydney baking institute, Planet cakes under the guidance of Paris Cutler. I then worked with an Italian Bakery making fondant cake decorations and participated in several events.My Vegan Cake journey began in Bangalore in 2014, after my husband turned vegan, as a wedding gift to me and I decided to make my cakes all-vegan after my first child's birth. We decided to raise him vegan, so I had no choice but to keep his tummy happy. I started experimenting with vegan cakes and cupcakes and quickly got hooked on to it.
I was awarded the first runner-up in Peta's 2014 Great Vegan Desserts Challenge. I am honoured to be making my Vegan cakes to Bangaloreans including corporates and restaurants like Boeing, Bangalore International School, Indus, Mimansa by Azure Hospitality Brand, Bohemians and even making them for head chefs of Taj!
