CPC currently Operates 1600 Homes across 9 Retirement Communities Spread over 5 cities (viz Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Pondicherry and Kanchipuram) and has been ranked the largest operator of Senior Communities in India by CII.
CPC commenced Actual Operations in the Financial Year 2012 – 13 and Started with Operations of Serene Pelican and expanded to operate 9 communities now.
