The proposed sector 62 of the Noida commercial IT/ITes project is called Capitol Avenue. In Electronic City, Sector 62 in Noida, the Master's Group is introducing its first commercial IT project. It features two towers, Tower A measures 37,000 square feet, and tower B measures 25,000 square feet. Around 60 offices are located on each floor of Capitol Avenue, and there are 14 lifts. Capitol Avenue is a new modern construction project in Sector 62 managed by Masters Group that will have two office buildings and a retail block on 10 acres of land, similar to Bhutani Alphathum and Cyberthum.
