Infrared Roof Moisture Surveys Brady Infrared has performed hundreds of roof moisture surveys throughout Florida on every type of roof construction found in southeast climates. Since 2001, we have evaluated roof systems associated with hurricane storm damage, new roof acceptance, leak location and re-roofing projects. Taking advantage of the suns energy, infrared has the ability to detect wet insulation and water ingress problems in roof systems with absorbent insulation. Brady Infrared’s knowledge of how various roofs capture and release solar energy assures that accurate and meaningful data is collected on every roof survey we conduct. We use a combination of drones, walk-on roof and fixed-wing aircraft to accurately survey and verify roofs from small office buildings to large convention centers. Our imagery is verified through independent roof moisture testing to assure accurate reporting of roof moisture.
