BOSSE – The Board of Open Schooling and Skill Education, Sikkim is an Open School Board to cater the varied academic needs of the divergent group of students upto pre-degree level including Secondary / Senior Secondary and Skill and Vocational education. The Board of Open Schooling & Skill Education, Sikkim Act 2020 passed on 21-09-2020 by the Sikkim Legislative Assembly stated under Act No. 14 of 2020.
