Started by Late Mr. Asif T Rangwala a technocrat and alumini of BITS Pilani, ATR-ASAHI (as it is called for the sake of brevity) has made significant progress in the recent years. Late Mr. Rangwala has years of experience specially in the glass segment with his earlier associations with Schott Glass of Germany.
The company has the private ownership of Late Mr. Asif T Rangwala , Mrs Rashida A Rangwala and ASAHI Glass Plant Inc. (AG!) as its co-owners.
The company has imbibed the quality driven Japanese cultures since beginning which got further reinforcement with ASAHI coming on board.
