Dr Parashu Ram Singh, a young scientist armed with a PhD degree in Medicinal Chemistry from BHU in 1962 moved to Sydney, Australia where he worked as Chief Chemist, R&D and Quality Control at Bayer Leverkusen from 1964 to 1969. He migrated to Canada in 1970 and later became its permanent resident. He continued his research in the field of cosmetology while working with leading companies of Canada including Elizbeth Arden where he worked as Head of Production, R&D, and Quality Control for 20 years.
